  • monitoring those objectives and identifying the internal organisation processes which significantly contribute to their fulfilment,

In 2004, for the purpose of internal quality control, we instigated a customer satisfaction feedback system. After each completed project, we ask all our clients for an assessment of our work, the response flowing into a continuous improvement process in our Agency.
